The Rotary Club of Beirut Cosmopolitan in collaboration with The Rotary Club of Carmel, Indiana, USA and a matching grant from The Rotary Foundation, have donated a complete Dental Clinic including a state of the art dental chair and accessories to The Saint Antoine Dispensary in Roueissat el Jdeideh, a very poor and neglected neighborhood of Beirut.

The handing-over ceremony took place on 26 July 2008 in the presence of Sister Hanan Youssef, Director of the Center, and Soeur Souheila, Head of the Mission of the "Sisters of the Good Shepherd" and RCBC Club President George Beyrouti, and ADG Kamal Katra and a large number of Rotarians and volunteers.

Saint-Antoine Dispensary serves around 80 patients a day; over 60% of whom are children, providing free medical services in the field of family medicine, pediatric, ophthalmology and dental care.
