I am delighted to share that I had the honor of officially presenting the Rotary Club of Beirut Cosmopolitan banner, with great pride, to the Rotary Club of Athens and to its President, Tasos Ballas, who has been re-elected for a remarkable fifth term.
During my previous visit to Athens in February, President Tasos Ballas had graciously presented me with the Rotary Club of Athens banner. It was therefore a true pleasure, on this occasion, to reciprocate by officially presenting our Club’s banner, further strengthening the friendship between our two Clubs.
Over dinner at Libanisiko, one of the finest Lebanese restaurants in Athens, we enjoyed warm fellowship and meaningful discussions about our two countries, ways to further strengthen the ties between our Clubs, and several future projects that we hope to develop together in the true spirit of Rotary friendship and international collaboration.
